Loop around Bilbao: For the first route, we’ve designed a loop starting and ending in the heart of Bilbao. Leading the way will be none other than David López, who will guide us through the very roads he used to train on for the grand tours, sharing insider stories and tips along the way.

Bilbao – Orduña: Today, we leave behind the «Big City» and venture into serene, sparsely populated territory. This route takes us to our next hotel in the charming village of Orduña, riding along quiet country roads where the only traffic will likely be the local wildlife.

Orduña – La Rioja: Bidding farewell to Orduña, we head into La Rioja, arguably Spain’s most famous wine region. Along the way, we conquer the Puerto de Orduña, a climb regularly featured in La Vuelta a España, but one we’ll take on with confidence and ease.

The wine loop: A lighter “rest day” route gives us extra time in the afternoon to enjoy our stunning hotel. Here, we’ll indulge in a special wine tasting, immersing ourselves in the flavors that define this celebrated region.
